My approach to coaching:
My focus as a coach is to provide athletes with the opportunity to refine their skills in a positive and motivating setting. As an athlete myself I understand the difficulties that come with the sport. I work closely with athletes to help them overcome the obstacles that they face on a daily basis. I put a large emphasis on making goals and keeping my athletes motivated towards the goals they have set for themselves.
