The first thing that I noticed is that you need to roll more when you swim. This will increase the length of your stroke and make you a more efficient swimmer. Secondly, I want you really focus on getting your hips up. Exaggerate pushing your chest down to really raise your hips. Then once your hips are consistently up, raise your chin back up to keep your head in a good position. Lastly, I want you to perform smaller kicks on the surface. This will be a more efficient way of kicking, which will save you energy and make you go faster.
