Eliminate the head lift out of the water when breathing. Keep the legs more together for an improved streamlined position. You do pull wider than you need to on both sides (a little more on the right). Improving your rotation and clearing your hip out of the way as the arm executes the pull under your body and not out to the side. The hips not rotating more also makes you less streamlined.
