2017 Mont Tremblant Training Camp
Join us Friday, July 21, Saturday, July 22, and Sunday, July 23 for our triathlon training camp in beautiful Mont-Tremblant, Quebec.
This camp is perfect for any athlete of any ability that is either training for an Ironman or 70.3 event like Ironman Mont-Tremblant (August 20), or any other late season long distance race like Ironman 70.3 World Championship – Chattanooga (September 9), Ironman 70.3 Lake Placid (September 10), Ironman Wisconsin (September 10), or Rev 3 Barrelman (September 17).
Our coaches will be on site to swim, bike and run by your side. They’ll be there to offer you one-on-one tips, advice, support and instruction throughout the weekend. We’ll also use Friday and Saturday evening to discuss long course-specific and Tremblant-specific racing and nutritional strategies. Also included in the camp fee is a souvenir t-shirt, on course nutrition, and sponsor goodies.
Accommodation is not included in the camp fee but we’ve made arrangements for a special rate with the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tremblant and it will be our camp’s home base.
Once you’ve registered for the camp, we will be in contact with you to provide the discount code for the hotel booking and other details.

11.30 – 13:00 – Registration & Welcome
12.00 – Swim 30-60 minutes
14.00 – Bike 1-2 loops of the hilly section east of Tremblant Lake/Transition (Chemin Duplesis)
17.00 – 18.00 – Ironman Mont-Tremblant Course Overview Discussion – Strategies, Nutrition, Q & A
18.30 – Group Dinner (not included in camp fee but we hope everyone will join us for a fun social)
Saturday, July 22
06.30 – Swim course discussion and open water swim
08.00 – Bike 90 – 180 km of the Ironman Mont-Tremblant bike course, followed by a 5k run
17.30 – Group Dinner (not included in camp fee but we hope everyone will join us for a fun social)
19.00 – Long course racing and nutritional strategies discussion, Q & A
Sunday, July 23
06.30 – Open water swim
08.00 – Run one 21.1 km loop of the Ironman Mont-Tremblant run course
10.30 – Optional ride or TT of 1-2 loops of the hilly section east of Tremblant Lake/Transition (Chemin Duplesis). We’ll determine the structure of our last ride based on riders still present and what the majority of the group wants!
13.00 – Training Camp Ends. Wrap Up and Farewell!
