- Be ranked in top 3 for my age grouping Canada for 2014 (currently ranked 4th in 2013); win age group @ Syracruse 70.3. Try out a few trail run races!

I started doing triathlons/duathlons/running because...
Wanted to cross train from running however when my friend showed me the pictures from his Lake Placid Ironman swim I did have 2nd thoughts! That's why I train hard in the open water.

Tough one to answer ..but have to admit starting to like hot yoga really helps me relax!
What motivates me to train
I love the scheduling knowing exactly what I need to do that day I know I need to do it so I am not flat come race day

Being active I am not one to sit idle

What type of music I listen to when training
What ever my kids put on my ipod shuffle however they have been whining me off so I am left to my own choices …so I just leave what they left on getting a bit boring now for sure 2014 goal change my shuffle music! LOL
