I want you to continue working on what we did during the clinic together. Getting your hips up will have a large impact in your swimming, as it will significantly decrease your drag in the water. Working on the teeter-tooter analogy that I had mentioned previously (chest down, head up). Secondly, I want you to roll more when you swim. It is pretty much impossible to roll too much so really exaggerate this and it will help a lot. Rolling more will increase the length of your stroke and make a more efficient swimmer (less strokes per length).
