The first thing that I noticed is that your hands tend to rise up on the catch when you swim. This will not only increase drag in the water but it causes your elbow to drop and significantly decrease your paddle size, therefore decreasing the efficiency of your stroke. Focus on keeping your elbow high the very instant that your hand enters the water, and carry that principle through the rest of the stroke. Secondly, your right hand moves slightly to the outside of your body on the catch. This could have something to do with your shoulder pain so it is worth looking at and fixing.
