I want you to continue working on what we did during the clinic together. Getting your hips up will have a large impact in your swimming, as it will significantly decrease your drag in the water. Working on the teeter-tooter analogy that I had mentioned previously (chest down, head up). The second thing I want you to focus on is where your hand is entering in the water. Right now it is entering across your body and causing you to snake side to side through the water. The last thing I noticed is that you need to roll more when you swim. This will increase the length of your stroke and make you a more efficient swimmer.
