The first thing I noticed is that you currently have a low elbow catch. I want you to focus on rolling over the top of the stroke (over the barrel) as you swim. This will increase your paddle size and really increase the efficiency of your stroke. Secondly, I want you to focus on getting your hips up as you swim. This will have a large benefit to the efficiency of your stroke, as you will have significantly decreased drag in the water. I want you to recall back to the teeter-tooter analogy that I gave you and focus on that. Try and push your chest lower in the water to get your hips up and then raise your head back up to compensate for the lower upper body position.
