Block by Block Training Plans
Our block by block training plans are for the athlete that needs a customized training plan to optimize race day performance but does not require the day-to-day coaching support and adjustments of our regular, all-inclusive, fully supported coaching services. Your Ignition Fitness coach will build you a custom tailored, hand built training program built around YOUR schedule, YOUR goals, and YOUR strengths and weaknesses and post it into Training Peaks, delivered in 28 day blocks. During the final week of each 28 day training block, you will check-in with your coach with a 15-30 minute phone call or Skype call to discuss your progress, address any questions, and have the opportunity to make a revision to the training structure for the next 28 day block. These block by block training plans are perfect for any level of athlete training for any race distance, from 5k races or sprint triathlons up to marathons and ironman triathlons. In the final training block of your program, the check-in with your coach will focus on race day execution and final tips to help you perform at your best!
