Get the fingers down and elbow up especially on the right side. Often the upper arm (from elbow up) enters the water first before the hand. It should be fingers, wrist, forearm, etc., like a chain. This will help you get a deeper catch as well. Minimize the lifting of the head out of the water to breathe. It is causing you to bob up and down and lose that momentum in the water.
