Ignition Fitness has teamed up with Multisport Canada and The Recharge With Milk Triathlon Series to bring you MSCtv! In each episode, Ignition Fitness head coach Tommy Ferris will bring you a virtual course preview and training and racing tips he’s chosen based on something unique and challenging for each and every race on this year’s Recharge With Milk Triathlon Series calendar. These tips will range from preparing for the short and steep hills of Muskoka in Gravenhurst, to nutrition tips for racing in the heat on the Toronto Islands, to better preparing yourself for open water swimming in Wasaga Beach. Whether you’re racing each course for the first time or coming back for the eleventh year in a row, these tips and racing strategy suggestions have all been picked to give you a better race-day experience and all levels of athletes will benefit from them! From sprint to half-iron, it doesn’t matter what distance you’re racing or if you’re a triathlete or duathlete, you’ll want to watch every episode! The videos will be released several weeks in advance of the actual race to ensure you have time to take advantage of the information.
